Test Support Technician

As a Test Support Technician, you will play a key role supporting functional and electrical test teams, ensuring that test equipment runs efficiently and minimizing downtime. This position supports NPI projects, such as Fiber Optic Transceiver (TRX), and contributes to meeting manufacturing metrics on high‑volume production lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for test equipment to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment.
• Identify and diagnose electrical and functional failures in test equipment.
• Generate technical reports on failures, maintenance, and actions taken to support traceability and continuous improvement.
• Take initiative to solve problems and elevate issues as needed to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Test Engineering teams to implement solutions.
