Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange clearing messaging digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear structured documentation for both internal teams and external clients.

Profile Summary

• 47 years of experience as a technical writer or similar documentation-focused role
• Strong experience writing documentation for software platforms APIs and complex technical products
• Able to translate technical concepts (back-end services APIs messaging integration flows) into clear concise content
• Comfortable documenting REST APIs data models and integration guides for developers and technical stakeholders
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation how-to guides release notes and FAQs
