Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production lines during night shift operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and production issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Assist in equipment setup, validation, and process improvement activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with approved process parameters.
- Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work instructions, and 5S practices.
- Communicate equipment status and unresolved issues during shift handovers.
