Overview

Diebold Nixdorf is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of retail/banking products. We are seeking an Intermediate Field Service Technician. The role involves mid-level installations and minor repairs across Diebold Nixdorf products and services. This includes planned cleanings and other intermediate maintenance on standard products such as locks and safes, as well as special project work as needed. The position may require the use of basic to intermediate hand tools, limited spare parts, and a broad knowledge of PCs, PC peripherals, and network connectivity. Install, troubleshoot, and provide technical maintenance for product hardware and software and components within the assigned area of responsibility, primarily at customer sites.
