JOB SUMMARY

Connection between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering and support the autonomous preventive (and predictive) maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work together with Asset Specialist to register new equipment in CMMS and conduct periodic inventory in workcells and on local surplus.
• Work together with ME to set up equipment and their PMs in CMMS.
• Work with Manufacturing to train them in TPM techniques, first of all autonomous preventive maintenance.
• Generate various reports from CMMS to monitor PMs.
• Control PM delays.
• Maintain the CMMS database.
• Collaborate with external companies to maintain TPM techniques.
• Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
