Position Overview

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities  across telecom digital and enterprise systems. 
Work closely with stakeholders to define business vision, scope, and solution roadmap.  
Own and manage complex requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).  
Provide leadership in solution design discussions  for BSS/OSS and digital platforms. 
Analyze and define system integrations, APIs, and data flows.  
Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.  
Drive and support Agile ceremonies  (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews). 
Lead UAT strategy, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs.  
Identify process gaps and recommend digital transformation initiatives.  
Mentor and guide junior BAs within the team. 
Ensure solutions align with business KPIs, customer experience, and scalability goals.
