Job Description
Make Outbound & Receive Inbound Calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and assist customers.
Handle Customer Queries by providing accurate information and resolving concerns professionally.
Maintain Customer Records by updating call details, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM or database.
Follow Up with Prospects to convert inquiries into sales or appointments and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve Daily/Monthly Targets by meeting call volume, lead generation, sales, or customer service goals.
