Telecom O&M Technician

Job Description

The Telecom O&M Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure. This role ensures optimal network performance, minimal downtime, and high service quality.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on telecom equipment (e.g., switches, routers, base stations, fiber optics).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, signal quality, and hardware failures.
