UPMC is hiring a Full-Time, Telephone Operator (Night/Day Shift) to support the office in Harrisburg.
This call center is busy as it receives a high volume of emergency calls daily.
Ideal candidate would be able to work in a high stress environment, staying calm and professional throughout call while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task while answering phones is a must.
Hours will be scheduled between 10:30pm-3:00pm (Night/Day Shift)
Must be available for both Night and Days to be considered for this position.
Working every other holiday and weekend is required.
