Telesales intern

• Promote IT cloud solutions and share product information through phone calls
• Identify potential customers and their needs and market the right cloud solution based on identified needs
• Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and anticipate customer needs while facilitating resolution of problems
• Aid in setting up meetings between prospects and the Sales Lead
• Achieve individual call and performance KPIs
• Ensure that all telesales-related updates are properly recorded
• Work closely with Sales Lead to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve committed product targets
• Constantly communicate with the Sales Lead regarding relevant feedback and insights from prospects
