Telesales Specialist

Position: Tele Caller – IT Services

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 0–1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using the company-provided database.
• Introduce the company‘s IT services to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
• Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
