Job Responsibilities

• Processing cash and cheque transactions, deposits and withdrawals, RMT transactions; balancing cash and ensuring zero shortages and overages.
• Acting as the joint custodian of till cash with Branch Operations Manager / Operations and Service Manager / Head teller to maintain dual custody requirements.
• Ensuring all teller transactions and other routine processing are performed per operating procedures, central bank guidelines, and due diligence for money laundering and regulatory compliance.
• Identifying and initiating improvements to work processes, customer service, quality, and organizational matters to contribute to business efficiency goals and enhance personal knowledge and skills.
• Carrying out all branch administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
