Position Overview

Job Scope:
  • Programme Administration: Managing the full course, including registration, materials preparation, room setup, and database/records management.
  • Logistics & Operations: Coordinate travel, manage vendors/suppliers, and procure event-related items.
  • Financial Management: Oversee timely invoicing, payments to trainers/vendors, and budget monitoring (revenue/expenses/accruals).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison for foreign delegates, associate trainers, and internal units (Finance, AV, Estate) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Compliance: Maintain service standards and meet team KPIs while providing regular progress updates to management.
  • Tech-enabled: Able to prepare customised evaluation in Online Feedback System, and capture participants outreach in Training Administration System efficiently.
