Purpose
Prepare competitive tender submissions, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for Facilities Management (FM), maintenance, engineering, and A&A projects.Key Responsibilities
Prepare tender pricing, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.Source, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.Review contractors' quotations and Schedule of Rates (SOR) to ensure competitive pricing.Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and tender clarifications.Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.Maintain tender documentation, cost databases, and pricing records.Requirements
