Term Technician(O/MH-LRC/Term_TECH/07/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To provide circulation and information counter services; (b) To perform book shelving, shelf-reading, and book removal if necessary; (c) To assist users with the effective use of library applications and electronic resources; (d) To assist in library multimedia production, such as photography, video production and web development; (e) To provide support for library activities, as well as special projects, events and exhibitions; and (f) To perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: (a) A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia Technology, Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines; (b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience; (c) Good computer knowledge and experience in using academic library systems and generative AI platforms such as Copilot, ChatGPT are preferred; (d) Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese; (e) Detail-minded, able to work independently and be ...
