Position Overview

The Global Territory Business Manager (TBM) is sales-focused and responsible for establishing and

maintaining relationships with multiple sectors/business lines to promote VECTRA International’s lines of

services, solutions, training portfolio, and AI services. You will collaborate with Sr. Consultants within

assigned geographic areas to drive positive impact and expand our global presence.


Tasks


Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive product/service adoption.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

• Develop a consultative approach to deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into

tailored solution proposals.

• Ensure forecasts and assigned quotas meet or exceed territory expectations.
