Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of UAT environments
- Offer technical support to software development teams for application and testing needs
- Assist project management teams in various project-related tasks and activities
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Perform infrastructure setup and deployment tasks for application environments, including configuration, provisioning, and deployment
- Handle account management activities, creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and permissions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and procedures, including user guides, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures
- Minimum 2 years of software development, testing, and support experience.
