Test Engineering Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- **Responsible for leading/individually contributing** to the Test Engineering team in the support of Sales and Production with assigned customer projects to meet customer requirements.
- **Development of test strategies / systems** - Development of customer-specific test concepts and creation of the required test fixtures/systems.
- Design, realize/build and deploy the test strategy in the assigned test field including the development of test proposals and customer engagement in support of the sale of their test programs.
- Maintain documentation of customer provided test equipment including development of test instructions.
- **Technical support for the customer** - Advising the customer on the optimum design for testing to achieve the most efficient and cost-effective solution possible.
