Position Overview
Test Lead - International QA (Banking)
Join our global QA team as a Test Lead driving quality across complex financial platforms.
What you'll bring:
Proven background leading testing in international teams, ideally within finance or banking
Strong experience as a Software Tester across enterprise systems
Hands‑on .NET UI automation using Selenium WebDriver/Grid
Deep expertise in API testing
Solid understanding of CI/CD with practical Jenkins pipeline configuration
Strong grounding in testing best practices: SOLID, TDD, POM/Page Factory, structured test data (CSV/YAML/JSON), JDBC integration
Confident working with SQL and relational databases in a QA context
