Theatre Team Lead & Charge Nurse - Orthopaedic Trauma

NHS Fife is seeking a Band 6 Charge Nurse/Team Leader for the Acute Theatre Suite with a focus on Orthopaedic Trauma at Phase 3 Theatres. This fixed-term post for 6 months involves leading the theatre team, coordinating patient-centred care, and ensuring high standards of perioperative practice.

You will provide professional support to the Senior Clinical Nurse Leader, manage shifts and weekend work across sites, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
