We have a wonderful opportunity for Therapeutic Rehabilitation assistants to join our friendly team at our Hunters Moor Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Birmingham.

The Therapeutic Rehabilitation Assistant works as a key member of the rehabilitation therapy team and provides targeted, delegated rehabilitation programmes prescribed by an HCPC-registered therapist.

The role acts as a bridge between Rehabilitation Healthcare Support Workers and the Therapy Team. You will spend the first part of the shift supporting ward‑based care alongside Rehabilitation Healthcare Support Workers, contributing to personal care and rehabilitative activities, before working with the therapy team later in the shift to deliver prescribed rehabilitation interventions.
