Thermal FEA simulation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Thermal Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in structural and thermal analysis, specifically within battery systems. This role focuses on FEA-driven design and validation , supporting the development of robust and thermally efficient battery packs. Candidates with a background in automotive systems and hands-on experience in battery technologies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced simulations using ABAQUS and ANSA for structural and thermal analysis
• Develop and validate mechanical and thermal models for battery systems, including Li-Ion, Lead Acid, and Supercapacitors
• Conduct simulations related to:
• Crash, crush, and impact scenarios
• Mechanical shock and vibration durability
• Structural integrity and reliability
