  This is a quality control position where they will be auditing DMV paperwork
• .Title and registration/DMV experience or knowledge is a MUST – Relative experience in Titles may also work
• .Strong customer service skills as well as good written and verbal communication
• .Quick learner with great attention to detail as we have multiple technical processes
• .Flexibility in schedule to work to volume demands and fluctuations to include weekends if necessary
• .Positive attitude and strong work ethic with experience succeeding as part of a team but able to work independently when needed
• .Prior subject matter expertise or leadership experience is a plus
