• Provide senior-level technical support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Microsoft 365, desktop, and infrastructure-related incidents
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including user, mailbox, and service configuration
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, spam filtering, mail tracing, and DNS-related troubleshooting
• Configure and support desktop environments, software deployments, and end-user systems
• Perform endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and maintenance via RMM platforms
