Position Overview
Tool Issuance & Return
- Issue tools to authorized personnel based on approved Tool Request Forms.
- Ensure defective or damaged tools are surrendered before releasing replacements.
- Inspect returned tools for condition and completeness.
- Record all tool movements in the monitoring system or logbook.
Inventory Control & Monitoring
- Maintain updated inventory records of all tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation.
- Monitor tool usage, condition, and lifespan.
- Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete tools and report immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of Tool issuance, Tool return, Repair and maintenance history.
- Disposal records.
- Prepare monthly inventory and status reports.
- Ensure all tools are properly tagged and labeled.
