Responsibilities Perform Tractor Operator duties safely Operates farm-type 2 and 4 wheel drive tractors and tow or attach equipment on steep, slippery or rough terrain. Operates backhoes and front-end loading devices in performing grounds maintenance functions and uses this equipment in performing earthmoving projects to close tolerances.
