Role Summary

A leading global financial technology firm is seeking an Operations Support Center (OSC) Specialist to provide first-level support and operational oversight for its market data and analytics platforms . This role operates within a follow-the-sun support model , ensuring continuous availability and performance of critical trading and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for market data platforms (APIs, data delivery, system functionality)
• Monitor production systems, batch processes, and platform health , ensuring high availability
• Troubleshoot data, API, and connectivity issues using logs, Linux systems, and SQL queries
• Support client onboarding , access setup, and configuration (entitlements, routing, sessions)
