Training Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a training coordinator for our Digital Mobile Lab in Port Elizabeth. The Training Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination, facilitation, and administration of training programmes and centre operations at the Lab, ensuring high-quality delivery of all training programmes while maintaining smooth operational management of the training centre. The Training Coordinator supports learners throughout their training journey, manages stakeholder engagement, ensures accurate reporting and compliance documentation, and contributes to a structured, professional, and high-impact learning environment

Key Responsibilities

Training Facilitation

• Confidently navigate and deliver content using Microsoft platforms and various training environments.
• Evaluate student performance and identify/address skill gaps.
• Provide learner guidance, support, and remediation where required.
