  Job Description 
  OBJECTIVE: 
 Promotion of organized, systematic training throughout the Company by further development with MyPipestone, scheduling and organizing training calendar and events and testing and tracking system to ensure assigned training is completed and successful.
 
 
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned) 
 Animal Welfare Training
 Managerial Leadership Training
 MyPipestone – Organize and ensure training through intercompany training program
 New Site Orientation and Training Schedule items needed for new sitesDeliver and implement upon management of the siteSchedule and implement initial training with staff 
 Safety Training and Tracking
 Site Visits Minimum of one site visit to all USA Company sites annually to includeEmployee relations 
 Training Calendar / Event Planning Assist with developing training calendar for the year
