Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in executing the onboarding program for new hires.
- Monitor the training of hourly employees at workstations by conducting daily walkthroughs on production lines and areas.
- Sign and stamp Go-Fast forms.
- Manage training and certification forms for hourly employees, ensuring all documents are updated and properly filed in each employee’s record.
- Update the Training Matrix monthly (print reports, collect required signatures, and ensure publication on each line/area board).
- Update the Development Matrix.
- Deliver the “4-Step Method” so hourly employees can achieve Level 4 in their training process, when applicable.
- Support the review of knowledge assessments for job category changes.
- Participate in onboarding activities.
- Actively participate in shared Human Resources projects as required.
