Transaction Manager – APAC

Role Overview The Transaction Manager is a client-facing role embedded within JLL's APAC Transaction Management practice. You will manage and coordinate real estate transactions — primarily office leasing — across multiple markets on behalf of large corporate occupier clients. Operating across a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment, you will serve as the single point of coordination between clients, local market brokers, lease administration teams, and internal JLL service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Execution & Portfolio Management:

• Manage end-to-end lease transactions across APAC markets, including new leases, renewals, lease restructures, subleases, and disposals.
• Track and actively manage all critical dates — lease expiries, break options, rent reviews, and option exercise deadlines — across the client portfolio.
