Transformation & Value Realization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transformation & Value Realization Manager to support the successful delivery of a large-scale digital transformation programme.

In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, monitoring delivery performance, tracking benefits realization, and providing executive-level insights to support strategic decision‑making. Working within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) / Value Realization Office (VRO), you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to accelerate execution, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.
