SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION OF TREASURY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The Group operates a global centralised treasury for all its business units spanning Singapore, Australia, China, UK/Ireland and Malaysia. The candidate will be a key member of the treasury team and oversee a team of four staff to support the Group's global treasury function.

Key Areas

Cash Management and Fuel & FX Risk Management

• Oversee and manage cash management duties and liquidity management for central pool funding
• Oversee and manage the foreign exchange risks that arise from the Group’s operations
• Cash flow planning and managing intercompany loans
• Provide analysis on fuel/electricity prices and execute hedges with the banks
• Manage counterparty exposure and monthly treasury reporting
