Tribe Lead / Business Unit Lead

LARES is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Tribe Lead to spearhead the growth and evolution of our core business lines. In this role, you will act like a startup founder within our company. You will manage a team, find new ways to grow our revenue, and help different departments work better together.

Your Key Contributions

• Lead Strategy & Growth: Create and run the growth plan for your assigned Tribe. Research new ideas, create business development strategies, and discover new revenue streams.
• Manage Teams & Budgets: Oversee the business lines for your tribe, manage the budget and resources, and lead your team effectively.
