Role Overview

The Truck Dispatch Sales Representative will be the primary liaison between the company and prospective carrier partners and shippers. The role focuses on driving new business, onboarding carriers, and coordinating with dispatch operations to ensure efficient load assignment and route optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective owner-operators and small fleets through targeted outreach, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Present service offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements that meet carrier needs and company margins.
• Coordinate with dispatch operations for smooth onboarding, load assignment, and route optimization for contracted carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
