Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our content moderation BPO partner, managing syncs, training, and SLA tracking.
  • Streamline end-to-end review workflows for DMCA, in-app content reports, and other safety escalations.
  • Translate Legal and Product requirements into actionable BPO training, queue routing, and reviewer guidance.
  • Define and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track operational health and key performance metrics.
  • Run quality calibration sessions and audit samples to minimize false positives and negatives.
  • Support manual data review programs to help calibrate automated detection and ML systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional incident responses for high-urgency content issues.
