Turnaround QA/QC Engineer II - Flange & PSSR Specialist

Technology Co in Singapore is seeking an experienced Turnaround QA/QC Engineer II to lead TA planning, preparation, and quality assurance for refinery and petrochemical projects.

You will supervise field execution, inspections, RFI management, non-conformance tracking, and flange management, while supporting PSSR activities and ensuring compliance with ASNT, API/ASME codes, WPS/PQR, PCC‑1 guidelines; SAP/CMMS will be used to track scoping and work orders.
