**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in national security, defense, or intelligence, including working with UK/European security architecture.
+ Experience in AI safety, security, and governance issues.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working at the intersection of technology and government, ideally within an AI lab, major technology company, or relevant government department.
