Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician Manager to join our Emergency team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in North Scottsdale, AZ.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by leading the delivery of high-quality 24/7 emergency care for our patients. Your life-changing work will range from directing clinical teams and overseeing fast-paced ER workflows to ensuring excellence in patient care, staff performance, and operational support across all emergency services.

This is a full-time Leadership role that reports directly to the Hospital Administrator. You'll work closely with the Training Coordinator and hospital leadership to oversee training, performance, scheduling and consistency across the Emergency department while remaining the primary point of contact for all Emergency Technicians and Assistants.
