Overview
Vice President, Performance Solutions in the Minerals business area leads the Performance Solutions function, integrating project delivery, minerals processing solutions, solution sales, QEHS and project excellence. You will drive growth, profitability and competitiveness through integrated solution sales, solutions development and successful execution of complex, large-scale projects. You will manage and develop a global organization of approximately 340 professionals, report to the Minerals President, and be based preferably in Espoo, Finland with hybrid working options. The role requires a proven track record in global industrial or technology-driven environments, experience in complex solution sales and project delivery, and a university degree in engineering, business or a related field.
The preferred location for this role is Espoo, Finland, though flexible working arrangements including hybrid options are available.
