Vision-Language-Action Robotics Engineer

Trener Robotics is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to advance robot learning and manipulation on real robots in Trondheim or San Jose. You will design, train, validate and deploy contact-rich skills, integrating vision, force-torque and tactile sensing.

This hands-on role involves lab work, data collection, and deploying robust models on industrial and collaborative robots, with emphasis on practical hardware testing and dataset curation.
