Job Description

As the Visual Implementation Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the store’s visual expression aligns with IKEA manuals, thereby fully implementing the IKEA Concept.

Job Duties

• Collaborating with the 1st Interior Designer to create functional and inspiring display solutions that align with ongoing commercial activities.
• Working alongside Sales and In-Store Logistics teams to efficiently execute projects and daily sales initiatives using IKEA display solutions, communication strategies, and sales techniques.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of the store’s commercial calendar.
• Ensuring the cost-effectiveness, safety, and environmental sustainability of display solutions in accordance with local regulations.
