VoIP Engineer - VICIdial & Asterisk for AI Call Center

Rapid Labs is building an AI-powered voice platform for call centers. We are seeking an experienced VoIP engineer to support and expand VICIdial and Asterisk integrations with client dialers.

You will configure environments, troubleshoot call routing, and help scale integrations as onboarding grows. Ideal candidates have hands-on VICIdial and Asterisk experience, a deep understanding of SIP/ARI/AMI, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the team.
