VP, Emiratization & National Talent Growth

Aldar is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee Emiratization strategies and ensure the successful implementation of related programs. You will manage the Nafis program and collaborate with stakeholders to meet Emiratization targets.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, particularly within Emiratization, with strong leadership skills. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals.
