Position Overview

Oradian is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead and scale our enterprise CS function across multiple markets. You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, ensuring measurable value and long-term, commercially successful partnerships for banks and fintechs.

You will drive renewals, expansions, and strategic relationship management while building scalable CS practices for regulated, high-growth markets. Location flexibility is offered in Singapore, the Philippines, or Indonesia.
