Position Overview
Lead the R&D strategy & scale advanced battery materials innovation(LiFePO4, manganese compounds, next gen cathode precursors) from lab to commercial production and enabling sustainable battery materials solutions for global EV supply chain
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 15 years of R&D experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in battery materials, specialty chemicals or advanced inorganic materials
