Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers on operational matters
- Manage customer expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs
- Provide timely updates on:
- Order status
- Inventory levels
- Operational issues or delays
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Conduct regular service review meetings with customers
- Collaborate with customers to improve processes and identify cost‑saving opportunities
