Leads, coaches, and supports inbound teams to meet high-volume order and inventory demands with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. Oversees the receiving, processing, and movement of goods across multiple locations, ensuring inventory is handled safely, compliantly, and with minimal disruption to operations. Drives productivity through clear communication, team development, and continuous process improvement while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
