Position Overview

Job Description

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments.
- Monitor warehouse performance and prepare operational reports.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage warehouse budgets and control operating costs.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints related to warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
