Position Overview

The Warehouse Operative works directly with a client or group of clients in providing dedicated warehouse and operations support.


Essential Job Functions

  • Accurately and courteously load client merchandise.

  • Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.

  • Acts as contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary.

  • Work closely with Crane Worldwide Operations teams and assist with coordinating freight movements.

  • Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.

  • Ensure job files are created and all relevant information is captured.

  • Manage all client requests and follows up to ensure that client needs are met.
